GUIDELINES FOR COMPLETING AND PASS LINE APPLICATION :
Students will be eligible to receive a scholarship in accordance with the instructions given in the first and fifth cited reference.
The scholarship application is only valid for the current year 2012-13 only.
Students (other than minorities) must visit the e-pass www.epass.cgg.gov.in site to apply for a scholarship. All minority students including BC E (Muslims) shall apply on the online site at www.apsmfc.com.
Students can access the application form by entering the SSC ID and year of death.
Students who are already enrolled in intermediate colleges have to enter SSC / equivalent ID, to enter data for the details of the college / course they were populated from Board of Intermediate Server.
Students who have not applied for the scholarship are not eligible to file a subsequent claim.
Students who are registering for 1st time, they regardless of the year of study in a course will be considered as fresh applicant for scholarship.
SCHOLAR SHIP AWARD PROCEDURE :
The scholarship application does not automatically entitle a student. The Sanction of a scholarship is subjected to eligibility as per reference cited above and check with student success.
Students who have been granted GATE / GPAT / JRF / SRF / other stipends / scholarships Scholarship Scholarships are not eligible to apply for a scholarship under this scheme.
The maximum eligible age as on the date of 07/01/2012 for different courses are given as under for a scholarship:
Level EBC / Minority / Disabled 01-07-2012 study like SC, ST & BC and 7/1/2012
Intermediate 20 years 24 years
Graduated 25 years 29 years
PG & above 30 years 34 years
Students, who are entering the web page Epass first time must have bank accounts to send the application form online. The account code number / IFSC if not entered correctly will lead to not receive funds.
Students who are already enrolled in Epass can continue with the same account number or can opt for a new account number. In case of a change in the number that specific mention is made on the application form. .
